Mr. Mirilashvili, who serves as the president of Watergen, is a philanthropist who supports donatings to many worthy causes, improving and saving the lives of many around the world.
Mr. Mirilashvili is the visionary behind Watergen’s mission to provide clean and safe drinking water to every corner of the globe. He is actively involved in the development of Watergen towards spreading its revolutionary technology all over the world.
For more than 30 years, Mr. Mirilashvili has been leading and directing numerous business ventures all over the world in various fields ranging from real estate, healthcare, information technology, management, entrepreneurship, to media, agro-tech, innovation social entrepreneurship, sports, hi-tech, infrastructure and green technologies.
Mr. Mirilashvili devotes his time and resources to a broad spectrum of philanthropic activities, and has been chairing several renowned organizations around the world, including chairing the positions of the President of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress and of the Vice President of the World Jewish Congress.
In October 2017, he awarded former President George Bush the Isaiah Award on behalf of Keren Hayesod-United Israel Appeal for his economic, diplomatic and security cooperation with Israel while president. Dr. Mirilashvili himself received the same award in 2015. In years past, other recipients of the Isaiah Award also included former U.S. President Bill Clinton, late Israeli Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin, and actress and producer Sharon Stone.
Maxim Pasik is the Executive Chairman of Watergen, the world’s leading Atmospheric Water Generation company that is solving the global drinking water crisis and bringing a new source of clean water to people everywhere. Maxim Pasik is focused on bringing the company’s lifesaving water-from-air technology to the world through the establishment of strategic partnerships and global operations capabilities. He has successfully introduced Watergen’s innovative solutions to world leaders like Secretary General Guterres, Prime Minister Netanyahu, Prince Albert II of Monaco, Prime Minister Modi, and has addressed leading international gatherings like the African Leaders’ forum at the UN, the World Economic Forum in China, Jordan, and Davos, and the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad, India.
Mr. Pasik also serves as Executive Chairman of Beer Itzhak Energy Ltd. an investment company focusing on technology and infrastructure projects; and Vertical Field, an innovative technology company that cleans the atmosphere from harmful pollutants by creating and designing lush, green vertical walls. In addition, Mr. Pasik is also Vice President of the Euro Asian Jewish Congress, an organization comprised of 28 member-states that serves crucial social and political functions in the communal life of Asia’s Jewry and its relationship to the State of Israel.
Mr. Pasik earned an MBA from Manchester University.
Mr. Rutman brings a breadth of technological knowledge with a decade serving as CTO in several large international companies. Simultaneously during the same 10-year time period he managed and directed the design and subsequent launch of various consumer products.
His expansive knowledge of international marketing, online marketing and UI/UX customization enables him to dispel a comprehensive and thorough analysis of market trends and product positioning across the globe.
Mr. Rutman graduated with a BsC in Computer Science from the University of Derby in England.
As CFO Mrs. Zamir is responsible for Watergen’s finance activity as well as all tax and accounting matters.
Mrs. Zamir has extensive experience in the financial activities of companies.
Prior to joining Watergen, Mrs. Zamir served as VP and CFO in Rioglass Solar Systems, and Finance and Accounting Manager in Siemens CSP. Before that, she held various finance positions at NaanDanJain and worked in KPMG for 5 years.
Mrs. Zamir is a Certified Public Auditor (CPA) and holds M.A (Law) from Bar Ilan University, as well as a B.A in Business Administration from Management College Tel Aviv.
Roni Litinetsky leads Watergen’s Global sales team and oversees Watergen’s global distribution network in the US, Latin America, Africa, Asia, Asia Pacific, and Australia.
Mr. Litinetsky initiated and was responsible for building Watergen’s managerial, operational, and support infrastructures, as well as the company’s ongoing support of product distributors around the world.
The sales department that Roni heads is responsible for Watergen’s future global development. The division initiates referrals to various sales segments and manages business, sales, infrastructure and customer service in all global areas in which the company operates.
Roni brings to Watergen years of experience working for leading Israeli and global companies in the world of finance, hi-tech, health and media in regulatory and government-facing capacities.
Roni Litinetsky holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Marketing Communications, specializing in Business Administration, from IDC, Herzliya.
Erez Paz leads Watergen’s marketing team, and oversees the company expansion process and creates its global footprint. He passionately promotes Watergen’s unique patented technology and manages its game-changing brand among customers and distributors.
Mr. Paz has many years of experience in roles within major companies and he brings to Watergen an accumulation of experience and knowledge from the world of marketing, strategy-thinking, brand management and product innovation.
Mr. Paz served as CEO for Strauss Dairies, before moving on to the role CEO at Carmel Winery.
Prior to these two positions, Mr. Paz acted as VP of marketing for three iconic companies in the Israeli market – Partner Communications Company, Visa CAL Israel, and the Coca Cola Company.
Erez Paz is a holder of a BEng degree in Industrial Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, as well as an MBA in International Marketing from the University of Bradford, UK.
Dr. Ratner’s primary responsibility is the successful establishment and ongoing operations of the Water Technology Department for Watergen. The multi-dimensional area includes laboratory facilities and a regulatory and quality division which is tasked with ensuring Watergen compliance with the highest international water standards. His longstanding professional experience in applied research and product development are being applied at Watergen to continue to develop water-from-air technology solutions.
With proven leadership and management supervision, Dr. Ratner previously served as CTO at NanoAF and both R&D Director and Laboratory Director at Strauss Water. He was also Senior Researcher at Tosaf Compounds. Throughout his career, the outstanding analytical and multidisciplinary (engineering, chemical and microbiological) research skills he possesses have enabled him to develop and implement new water-related technologies. He has managed procurement elements, dealing with suppliers as well seek new commercial materials when needed. Working alongside Israeli safety authorities, he gained first-hand knowledge on safety and environmental regulations required by global bodies.
The author of 16 recognized works in scientific journals and publications from 2002-2016, Dr. Ratner also registered four water filter patents in 2008, 2013, 2014, 2016.
Dr. Ratner earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology/Technician from Ukrainian State Chemical Technology University and Executive MBA in Investment and Management of Startups at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem where he previously obtained a Master’s Degree in Polymer Science and a Ph.D. in Composite Materials.
Chen Nechemia leads the technological research and development of consumer, commercial and automotive products at Watergen. Mr. Nechemia has led the Research and Development department for over a decade, and has been responsible for most of Watergen’s product launches in recent years.
Mr, Nechemia oversees the company’s team of talented engineers and developers who create the high-quality breakthrough products, using Watergen’s patented and award-winning technology.
Before joining Watergen, Mr. Nechemia held various key positions in companies from the water production technology industry. He was also employed in the R&D field in the industrial, automotive, and medical industries.
Watergen’s vice-president of Operations leads the company’s specialized operational teams – from Engineering to Quality, Production in all factories, Maintenance, Planning, Supply Chain & Purchasing, and Aftersales Services– ensuring the smooth running of the overall process from start to finish. Prior to this role, Mr. Alton was Watergen’s Supply Chain Director.
Mr. Alton comes to Watergen with years of vast experience in the world of operations, from Director to Planning & Production in various companies.
Before joining Watergen, Mr. Alton served as Operations and Manufacturing Director of Oran Safety Glass (OSG). Haim led the Global Operational division and was Director of Production and Technical Support at Strauss Water Ltd for 7 years. He also worked in management roles at RADVISION and Liat Electronics, leading Israeli companies.
Haim Alton studied to be a Practical Engineer, Electronics, and Computers at Amal College, before going on to get his Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Management through the University of Derby, UK.
Lilach Gilboa joined Watergen as Vice President Human Resources and member of the Management Team in January 2020. She brings to the company vast experience in recruiting, managing and optimizing human resources for global companies.
Prior to joining Watergen, Ms. Gilboa served as Global Head of Human Resources for Hazera Seeds, and Global Vice President Human Resources for Caesarstone Ltd, a post which she held for 16 Years. Early in her career, she served as Human Resources Manager, first at ECI Telecom’s IT Division, then at Comverse Technology’s R&D Division.
Ms. Gilboa holds an M.A. in Organizational Sociology from Tel Aviv University (2002) and a B.A. in Organizational Behavior Studies from The College of Management Academic Studies, Israel (1997).
As a VP of Mobility Mr. Bisharat is responsible for implementing Watergen’s solutions in the transportation & Automotive industry Globally.
Prior to that Mr. Bisharat held several executive positions in Global companies, such as being the EMEIA President at Ham-let Group, and as a VP of Sales&Marketing at Arkal Automotive where he was a key influencer to the transformation of the company to become a strong global player in the Automotive industry with a significant double digit growth year-over-year.
He is a holder of B.Sc in Industrial engineering and management from the Technion, Global Executive MBA from the IDC Herzliya and a GCP from the Wharton Business School Pennsylvania.
Dan Clifford brings extensive international experience in multiple settings, in both public and private organizations, and consumer and industrial markets.
He served as President at Caesarstone North America.
Prior to that Mr.Clifford held senior positions at several global organizations including Whirlpool, Electrolux and Rexnord.
Mr.Clifford holds an Honors Degree in Political Science and Labor Law from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada.
