UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu were the guests of honor at an innovation showcase at the Israel Museum along with Israel’s Ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon and other distinguished guests from the UN and Israel’s Foreign Ministry.
Watergen was one of four companies chosen to represent the best in Israeli technologies that are improving the world and striving to reach the UN-initiated 2030 sustainable development goals.
Executive Chairman Maxim Pasik demonstrated Watergen’s water-from-air technology and Secretary General Guterres and Prime Minister Netanyahu tasted the fresh and clean drinking water. Mr. Pasik also stated to Secretary General Guterres that the world does not have to wait until 2030 to solve the global water crisis. Watergen can produce clean and safe drinking water now and change the lives of billions around the world and save millions of lives.
